The platform was built in response to the challenges people face when searching and applying for work across multiple platforms, where paid visibility can matter more than talent or potential.
At the same time, many small businesses and employers struggled to hire the right people because they didn't know how to write job descriptions, find the right talent, or build an effective hiring process.
Working with communities, youth groups, students and self-help groups taught me one powerful truth: employment transforms lives and creates long-term empowerment.
