Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your My Jobs account and all associated personal data at any time.
Option 1 — From your account settings (fastest)
- Sign in to your My Jobs account (jobseeker or employer).
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — Request by email
Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account. We process verified requests within 30 days.
⚠️ Deleted account data is purged within 30 days, except records we must retain by law (e.g. application records kept up to 2 years for dispute resolution, logs up to 90 days). See our Privacy Policy §6.
