Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Jobseeker", "User") and Avyan Technology Private Limited regarding your access to and use of the platform.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service.
• Provide false or fraudulent information.
• Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or illegal conduct on the platform.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled per Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days.
• Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.
• The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English or Hindi.
• Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking interim relief from a competent court.
• Subject to arbitration, the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email and/or platform notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under Indian law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avyan Technology Private Limited with respect to your use of RecruitFlow Pro and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
