As a fundraiser, your goal is to acquire new donors for our non-profit clients.
The donors you bring in help to change lives — from protecting children’s wellbeing to advancing women’s rights. You go from door to door with your team members and invite residents to become donors.
You can work in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Turku, Tampere or in Jyväskylä.
As a fundraiser, you get:🫰 Earn 14.75 €/h (12.75 € base + 2 € outdoor bonus)🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Want more? Team Leaders can earn up to 18.50 €/h🕓 Work 3 to 6 evening shifts per week — 4.5 hours per shift 😍 A supportive team that’s got your back — we’ll help you succeed from day one

This job is for you if:🔥 You’ve worked in sales, customer service, or something similar — and you’re ready to use those skills🤝 You’re a people person — confident talking to strangers and great in a team💬 You speak fluent English. Finnish or Swedish is a bonus, but not required🔞 You’re at least 18 years old
💸 What you’ll earn - A salary breakdown:
We offer a fixed hourly salary plus a 2€ / h outdoor allowance:

Trainee period (3-day paid training + first 8 shifts): 9.00€ / h + 2.00€ outdoor allowance = 11.00€ / h
Junior Fundraiser: 12.75€ / h + 2.00€ outdoor allowance = 14.75€ / h
Team Leader: earn up to 18.50€ / h
