Chef, seasons 2026-2027, Northern Finland, Lapland Hotels

• Lapland Hotels is hiring chefs for the Christmas or full winter 2026–2027 season at hotels and ski centres across Lapland (Kilpisjärvi, Luosto, Rovaniemi, Pallas, Ylläs, Levi, Hetta, Saariselkä, Olos).
• The role involves supporting the Chef de Partie, Sous‑Chef or Chef de Cuisine in daily food preparation to meet Lapland Hotels' quality and safety standards.
• Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid Finnish work permit, have at least two years' restaurant chef experience, and hold or obtain a Finnish Hygiene certificate with strong food‑safety knowledge.

StaffPoint is currently seeking passionate CHEFS to well-known Lapland Hotels-chains hotels and ski centers around Lapland. The role involves supporting the Chef de Partie, Sous-Chef or Chef de Cuisine with daily food preparation to meet the set standards and quality levels of our client,  the Lapland Hotels-chain in northern Finland.

Choose your season in Lapland:

• Join us for a short, intensive Christmas season
• Or commit to the full winter season 2026–2027 (approximately November–April)

You can work with us in the following locations in Lapland: Kilpisjärvi, Luosto, Rovaniemi, Pallas, Ylläs, Levi, Hetta, Saariselkä or Olos.

What we require: 

• EU citizenship/passport or a valid working permit for Finland 
• Minimum of two years' experience of working in a restaurant as chef
• Finnish Hygiene certificate (We can provide assistance with applying for a certificate)
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced role
