  • You will coordinate workplace experience and daily site operations for a strategic global technology client in Espoo, driving employee engagement, space planning, sustainability initiatives, and workplace standards.
  • The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–3 years' experience in workplace/facilities or hospitality coordination, strong stakeholder and organizational skills, and excellent Finnish and English communication.
  • This is a permanent full-time position (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday) with salary negotiable based on experience and a preferred start as soon as possible.

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team supporting a strategic client, a global technology company in Espoo.
 
In this role, you will play a key part in creating an engaging, functional, and welcoming workplace environment that enables employees to do their best work. You will coordinate workplace experience initiatives, support space and workplace planning activities, drive employee engagement campaigns, and help maintain high workplace standards across the office environment.
 
Working closely with client stakeholders, Building Ambassador, and workplace service team, you will contribute to the continuous development of the workplace by supporting sustainability initiatives, workplace projects, employee experience programs, and office environment enhancements.
 
Tis role is ideal for a proactive and service-minded professional who enjoys improving workplace experiences, coordinating multiple initiatives, and building positive relationships with stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.
 
Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate workplace experience services and daily site operations across the client environment.
  • Support workplace experience and employee engagement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Partner with local Building Ambassadors to ensure a welcoming, functional, and engaging workplace environment.
  • Maintain workplace information, floorplans, seating data, and space-related records.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and help drive environmentally responsible workplace practices.
  • Plan and coordinate workplace campaigns, including security awareness, workplace etiquette, wellbeing, and seasonal activities.
  • Coordinate furniture, decorations, workplace enhancements, and other initiatives that improve the office environment.
  • Monitor workplace standards and readiness, conducting regular checks to ensure a high-quality employee and visitor experience.
  • Support workplace projects, space planning initiatives, office moves, and layout changes.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous service improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace experience, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, workplace management, facility management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, office management, hospitality, events, or a similar coordination role.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, workplace programs, or customer experience activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across diverse teams.
  • Experience coordinating multiple initiatives and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and workplace technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Finnish and English.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Positive, hands-on attitude with a commitment to service excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving workplace environment.
